Increase Of Football Players In Pakistan

Football is a game which is most beneficial for a player’s health and quickness. This game was played before 1870 for the first time and most of the countries’ people play football. The game was started with the name FIFA. This game is mostly played in European countries. It’s very technical and managerial game. In Pakistan, the game is as old as Pakistan itself. The first football organization was created in 1947 named as Pakistan Football Federation PFF. Quaid e Azam was its Patron. Till now the Pakistan is increasing number of players in football game. A lot of new players have been entered in the group of teams in Pakistan football federation. The Government of Pakistan has also worked for the Football sport so that interested people can get more opportunities to practice for this game. To do so, many Football Grounds in Islamabad and all the major cities of Pakistan have been built.

One of the best football stadium is located in Karachi named as “People Football Stadium”. It is located near Port Grand in Karachi. It was started to build in 1988 and inaugurated in 1995. Its area is 40,000 m2. In 1999, more work was done for this stadium. Some Floodlights were installed in the stadium to enable players to play matches in night too. This increased the players’ interest more. Pakistan also hosted international football matches in this stadium in 2005.

Another great football stadium is located in Hyderabad Football Stadium. It can hold up to 10,000 people in the stadium. The stadium is a multigame type but mostly football is played in this stadium.

Government is taking more steps in development of football stadium in Pakistan. There are chances of new football stadium to be built in Pakistan. Due to which, young players are taking more interest in this game. Major problem of the people is unavailability of grounds. They still find some places on similar grounds where football can be played and they enjoy this game. Players are progressing by their interest and it is a huge progress in recent years.
